Traveling to Lahaul-Spiti is an adventure in itself, but taking the road from Tandi to Sissu is not for the faint of heart. Our journey took us through treacherous terrain, with wind storms, falling rocks and stones hitting our car, low visibility, snow, dust, and some of the most horrible driving conditions we've ever encountered.
We set out on this trip with a sense of adventure, but quickly realized that we were in for a wild ride. As we made our way through Tandi, we were greeted with beautiful vistas, but the roads were already showing signs of danger. We could see the clouds gathering on the horizon, and we knew that the weather was going to be a factor on this trip.
We started driving through a narrow road, and the wind started picking up. The wind was so strong that it was making it difficult to keep the car on the road. The gusts of wind were pushing our car around, and we had to hold on tight to the steering wheel. We continued to drive, but the wind continued to pick up, and it was getting more difficult to see ahead of us.
As we were driving, we suddenly heard a loud noise, and rocks and stones started hitting our car. We realized that we were driving through a section of the road where there were rocks and stones falling from the mountains. We were lucky that the car was able to withstand the impact, but it was a close call.
The visibility was low, and we were driving through snow and dust. We could barely see the road ahead of us. The wind was blowing the snow and dust, making it difficult to see. We were driving slowly, trying to avoid any obstacles on the road, but it was not easy. The road was narrow, and there were no guardrails to protect us from the drop-offs.
We continued to drive through the horrible conditions, and it felt like the road was never going to end. It was one of the scariest drives we've ever been on. But the sense of adventure and the beauty of the surroundings kept us going. We could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, and the green valleys were a stark contrast to the rocky terrain.
Very dengerous
